Clear information about EU orders, international orders, withdrawal rights, partial returns, shipping promotions, and how to contact us before ordering.
We encourage all customers to check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Most of our products are produced after ordering in order to avoid overproduction, unnecessary waste, and avoidable transport. If you are unsure about sizing, fit, or measurements, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to help.
If you are a consumer and you placed your order online within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, unless a legal exception applies.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
To start a return, please email aloha@windsurfing-hawaii.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, your billing zip code, the item or items you wish to return, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel or withdraw from the purchase.
After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, the direct cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us first before returning it.
You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a physical shop.
However, if the item shows use or handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and fit, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
If you validly withdraw from the entire order within the statutory withdrawal period, we will refund all payments received from you for that order, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we do not refund the extra amount above our standard delivery method.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
If you return only part of an order, we generally refund the returned item or items, but not the original delivery charge for the order.
If your order qualified for a free shipping promotion based on a minimum order value, and a partial return reduces the value of the items you keep below that free shipping threshold, the shipping promotion originally applied to the order may be reversed and deducted from your refund, provided this was clearly communicated before purchase.
Where applicable, shipping promotions are shown separately in the order summary, for example: Standard Shipping: $15.00 and Shipping Promotion: -$15.00.
This makes clear what shipping would normally cost and what discount was applied to the order.
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the customer's individual specifications.
If an item falls within such a legal exception, this will be stated on the product page or otherwise made clear before purchase.
Please note that products produced after ordering to reduce waste are not automatically considered personalised or custom-made for legal purposes.
If you received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at aloha@windsurfing-hawaii.com and include your order number and photos where possible.
This Returns Policy does not limit your statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
If customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees, or similar charges were paid directly by you to a carrier, customs authority, or another third party, those amounts are not refunded by us, because they were not paid to us.
If such amounts were charged by us as part of the order total paid to us, they are treated as part of the payment received by us and will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The following terms apply to orders shipped outside the European Union.
Shipping rates, delivery times, and free shipping promotions may vary by destination and service level. These will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other local import charges, depending on the destination country.
If these charges are collected directly by the carrier, customs authority, or another third party, they are the customer's responsibility and are not refunded by us.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the direct cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
If we approve a return, we will refund the amount paid to us for the returned item or items in accordance with the policy applicable to your order.
Amounts paid directly by you to a customs authority, courier, postal operator, or other third party are not refunded by us.
Original shipping charges are generally not refunded for partial returns.
If your order qualified for a free shipping promotion based on a minimum order value, and a partial return reduces the value of the items you keep below that threshold, the shipping promotion originally applied to the order may be reversed and deducted from your refund, provided this was clearly communicated before purchase.
